CLASCO Project at the 13th International Summer School on Laser Technology

From 26 to 31 August, the Dresden University of Technology and the Fraunhofer IWS organized the 13th International Summer School on "Trends and New Developments in Laser Technology." More than 50 students and young researchers from over 15 countries attended this unique event in Dresden.

The five-day summer school provided students and doctoral candidates with the opportunity to learn about fundamental and applied aspects of laser technology. The program included expert lectures, supplemented by participant presentations and informal discussion sessions.

This year, the CLASCO project was introduced by Prof. Andrés Lasagni and Dr. Bogdan Voisiat, showcasing the first successful results, including the CLASCO DLIP optics as well as strategies for surface functionalization. This represented CLASCO’s next training and education event.
